REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, the payment gateway transfer handling fee (100 USD​) will not be refunded – applicable to online Transfer payments only.

​​Cancellations received until and including June 25, 2025 – full refund Or reimbursement of the difference between in-person and online registration at no cost

Cancellations received between June 25 and July 25, 2025 – 50% will be refunded Or reimbursement of the difference between in-person and online registration at no cost
-
Cancellations received after 25 July 2025 – No reimbursement but the onsite registration will be converted into a online registration.
